Quality Intelligence provides Business Intelligence as a Service (BIaaS), including:

  • Business Intelligence consulting and development
  • Data analytics and visualization services
  • Dashboard and report creation
  • Power BI and other BI platform implementation
  • Data integration and ETL services
  • Training and support services

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of Services

You may use our Services for legitimate business purposes in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you provide to us ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to:

  • Process and analyze your data to provide the Services
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Backup and secure your data
  • Provide technical support

5.2 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security assessments
  • Compliance with industry standards

5.3 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Customer Data. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete data.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Billing

Service fees are based on your selected plan and are billed according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods. All fees are due and payable in advance.

6.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and pursue collection efforts.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP Rights

Quality Intelligence retains all rights to:

  • Our software, platform, and technology
  • Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
  • Methodologies and know-how
  • Documentation and training materials

7.2 Deliverables

Custom reports, dashboards, and analyses created specifically for you become your property, while underlying technology and methodologies remain ours.

8. Service Level Agreement

8.1 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

8.2 Support

Support is provided according to your service plan. Response times vary based on issue severity and support tier.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account with 30 days' written notice.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Engage in prohibited activities
  • Violate applicable laws

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will provide you with access to retrieve your data for 30 days, after which data may be permanently deleted.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that our Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

10.2 Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quality Intelligence from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law

13.2 Dispute Resolution
